Why PluginZ in the UAE

Built for how UAE companies actually buy software

Bilingual by default

Arabic and English interfaces, RTL done properly, and a team that works natively in both languages.

Fixed scope, no surprises

Milestone-based fixed pricing with a paid discovery sprint that de-risks the estimate before you commit.

Designed for UAE e-invoicing integration readiness

Products we build are ASP-integration ready for the UAE mandate, and we retrofit integration readiness onto the systems you already run.

Azure-grade infrastructure

Secure cloud environments designed by the team behind hardened financial-integration infrastructure.

Business-day overlap

Cairo is one to two hours behind the UAE, depending on the time of year, so most of the business day overlaps.

One accountable partner

Design, build, cloud and support from one team. Delivery is led from our Cairo engineering hub, with on-site UAE visits where required and contracting through our available legal entities.

UAE e-invoicing mandate

The e-invoicing clock is already running

The UAE has begun its phased rollout of mandatory e-invoicing on the Peppol network. Invoices will flow through accredited service providers, and your ERP, POS or custom systems must produce correct structured invoice data. Most businesses need integration work, not new software.

Pilot programme and voluntary adoption available from 1 July 2026
Businesses with annual revenue above AED 50 million must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 (extended by the Ministry of Finance from 31 July 2026); businesses below AED 50 million and government entities have until 31 March 2027
Mandatory phases begin January 2027 for larger businesses
Smaller businesses and government entities follow through 2027

Timeline as of September 2026. Phases and thresholds are set by the Ministry of Finance and can change; we verify the current requirements for your size and sector before scoping any work.

FAQ

Common questions from UAE companies

Yes. Delivery is led from our Cairo engineering hub, with on-site UAE visits where required and contracting through our available legal entities. Cairo is one to two hours behind the UAE, depending on the time of year, so most of the business day overlaps. Our track record with multinational groups has been delivered at their Egypt operations, including software licensing and office IT infrastructure for DUPOD (an Amana company), SGB by BrandSafway and China State Construction (CSCEC). In the Gulf we have built secure Azure infrastructure for a Saudi financial technology company supporting banking-system integrations, published here as a case study with the client’s approval.
