1. Who we are

PluginZ Solutions ("PluginZ", "we", "us") is a professional IT solutions and outsourcing company based at 1Z Ahmed Kamel St, Al Lasilki, New Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, serving clients across Egypt and the GCC. We provide IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, cloud services, consulting, websites, applications and related technology services.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, pluginz.co, and the terms that apply to quotations, payments and delivery for services purchased from us.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, submit a form, or make a payment, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company name, billing details, service requirements and message.

We may also collect basic technical and website usage data (such as pages visited and approximate location) through cookies and analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver services, process payments, issue invoices, provide support and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

With your consent, we may occasionally send you relevant updates about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

4. Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags on pluginz.co to understand how the site is used and which channels bring visitors to us. These tags measure traffic sources and referral platforms, including search engines, social networks and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and similar tools) when one of them is the referral source; the pages you view; and conversion activity such as contact and quote form submissions, meeting bookings and WhatsApp clicks.

These tags process your IP address, together with device and browser information, and may set cookies to distinguish returning visitors and to measure advertising results. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not control how Google uses it beyond the measurement settings we configure.

The contents of the forms you submit (your name, company, message and service requirements) are not sent to Google Analytics; conversion events only record that a submission, booking or click took place. When a lead form is submitted successfully, the email address and phone number you entered may be used for Google Ads enhanced conversions: they are hashed in your browser before anything leaves your device, and the plain values are never sent to Google.

You can opt out of this measurement at any time by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by managing personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings (adssettings.google.com). Opting out does not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.

5. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate our business, including Microsoft 365 (email and productivity), our website hosting provider, and the Google analytics and advertising tools described above. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards and only as needed to deliver their service.

6. Ops360 platform

If your company uses our Ops360 business platform (ops360.pluginz.co) or its companion apps, the data processed inside the platform, such as HR, CRM, accounting and IT-operations records, is covered by a dedicated Ops360 Privacy Policy at pluginz.co/ops360/privacy. Within Ops360, PluginZ acts as a data processor on behalf of your company, with strict per-company data isolation and role-based access.

7. Pricing

Pricing depends on the service scope, required resources, third-party costs and delivery timeline. Final prices are confirmed through an approved quotation, invoice, proposal, agreement or signed contract before payment. Any extra requirements or scope changes may require additional charges.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through Paymob or other accepted payment methods. PluginZ Solutions does not store full card details or CVV numbers.

9. Delivery and timelines

Delivery time depends on the approved scope and starts after payment confirmation and after we receive all required information, approvals, access, content or documents from the client.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Payments are non-refundable once the service has started, has been delivered, or the client has received the agreed service, files, access, setup, consultation, licence, subscription or technical work. Large projects follow the cancellation, refund, payment, milestone and delivery terms stated in the signed contract.

Third-party costs such as licences, cloud subscriptions, domains, hosting, payment fees, hardware or vendor services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, delivered or assigned.

11. Data retention

We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

12. Security

As an IT and cybersecurity company, protecting data is central to what we do. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring, to safeguard the information we hold.

13. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@pluginz.co and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.
