Our information security management system has been independently audited and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, covering every service line we deliver, from custom software and ERP to cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT. Here is what that means for clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
PluginZ Solutions has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management systems. The certificate was issued on 20 August 2026 under Certificate No. UKS-ISMS-25-047, and it is listed on IAF CertSearch, the international register of accredited certifications.
What ISO/IEC 27001 actually certifies
ISO/IEC 27001 is not a product badge. It certifies that a company runs a working information security management system: risks are identified and assessed, controls are chosen and documented, incidents have a practised response path, access is governed, and the whole system is reviewed on a cycle. An external auditor examines the evidence before the certificate is issued, and surveillance audits keep examining it every year after.
The scope covers everything we deliver
The certified scope is the provision of managed IT and outsourcing, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AI automation, custom software and ERP, web and application development, and IT infrastructure and networking services. In other words, the certification is not limited to one department: it covers the way we build software, run cloud environments, handle client data and deliver support across every engagement.
Why this matters if you are a client
- Your data sits inside an independently audited system: access control, encryption, backups and incident response are documented, practised obligations, not intentions.
- Procurement and vendor security assessments get shorter. If your security team asks suppliers for ISO 27001, the answer is now a certificate number, not a narrative.
- Data protection laws in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE expect appropriate technical and organisational measures, and ISO 27001 is the recognised way to evidence them.
- Sensitive integrations, such as e-invoicing, ERP and financial systems, are delivered under the same audited controls.
Verifying the certificate
Certificate No. UKS-ISMS-25-047 was issued on 20 August 2026 and is maintained through annual surveillance audits. You can see the full certificate details on our certification page, where the certificate can also be verified independently on IAF CertSearch.
Security promises are easy. An audited management system is the difference between saying it and proving it.
Nothing changes in how you work with us day to day, and that is the point: the certification formalises the discipline our clients already rely on, and it commits us to an external audit of that discipline every year.
